Brilliant Selling has been set up by Jeremy Cassell and Tom Bird, two people who have a passion for selling and for developing outstanding sales professionals
Neither of them studied hard at school or university with the express desire of becoming sales professionals. They didn’t dream of their perfect company car or the cut and thrust of the sales meetings with clients. They are both accidental salesmen who found themselves in sales-related roles as much through a quirky set of circumstances as from a conscious choice. Over the years, they have both found sales to be rewarding, challenging, frustrating but, mainly, satisfying and compelling.
They now spend their time working with individuals, teams and organisations to bring about sustainable positive behaviour change in the form of simple, practical steps to improve sales performance and results. They also work more generally in the areas of influence, communication and coaching through their company RTP Limited, and are partners and co-owners of Møller PSFG Cambridge Ltd, as well as being published authors and charismatic public speakers. They are supported by an excellent office team and a range of specialist trainers and coaches.
